Meanwhile, here are some of the projects completed by Innovify and its development team.

• New Startup in FX space
  (New!)Perhaps, the most proud achievement for Innovify till date. Innovify worked with the founder to define the new product and establish product strategy. Innovify provide onshore consultant and designer to specify the product requirements and create visual designs. These designs are now being developed by our offshore development team using our Transferred Model of delivery. Innovify not only offered value driven service but also agreed to work on part billing part equity basis. We will soon be making a public release of this new product!
• WSJ
  Working on a very agreesive timeline, Innovify's offshore development team implemented this WebApp for WSJ allowing the users to read the London Olympics 2012 news in real time. The App is available for free download on Samsung Galaxy S3, S2 and Note.
• BBC
  Conducted user research and behaviour analysis to specify new product development roadmap. Specified user journeys based on UX wireframes to be developed by the in-house development team using our Retained Model of delivery.
• E-commerce Startup
  Managing product development for an online fashion retailor using our Transferred Model of delivery
• Microsoft
  Conducted an in-depth study of the market and target users to identify attractive opportunities for developing new products using our Retained Model of delivery.
• Tech Startup
  Helped a new hi-tech startup to identify attractive market and develop product using our Transferred Model of delivery
• Nokia
  Managed product requirements and development for online platform using local and offshore teams.
• Ford
  A consulting project done to idenfy new strategies for attracting younger buyers to launch a new car.
• Glad's House
  Advised on marketing strategies and brand development.
